How to reach us

Most questions are faster to handle through the right channel below. For active bookings, the quote form gets dispatch on the line within five minutes — that's still the fastest path to a crew lead.

Need to book a crew

Use the quote form on any city page or /quote. Dispatch texts or emails within five minutes with your specific quote — that's the dispatch line.

Active job — issue with your crew

If the crew is late, no-shows, or there's a damage incident: contact the crew lead first (their number is on the dispatch text). If the crew lead doesn't answer or you need an escalation, reply to that text and dispatch will route a replacement crew or refund the booking.

Lost or damaged items

Start with the crew lead who took your booking — they're the named point of contact through the job and for follow-up. Smaller items are often resolved directly. We track every damage complaint and pull crews with repeated complaints from rotation while we investigate.

Crew applications

Loading Crews dispatches through a national workforce of vetted movers. If you're a crew lead or a residential mover looking to take bookings, reach out through the about page with your service area and residential-load experience.

Press, partnerships, business

For press inquiries, partnerships with rental brands, or business questions outside the booking flow: we'll add a dedicated channel here once it's stable. In the meantime, business inquiries can ride through the quote form with "press" or "business" in the notes — dispatch routes those to the right person.

Common questions before contact

Most questions get answered faster on the FAQ page: booking, what crews bring, payment, weekend pricing, damage claims, and how Loading Crews is structured. If your question isn't there, use one of the channels above.
