How loading crews work in Jacksonville

When a named storm is tracking the Atlantic toward Florida, demand spikes a week out, then flatlines for the storm itself. We can usually find a crew up through about 48 hours before landfall; after that, the safe move is to stop. Post-storm, calendars open back up within 24–48 hours.
Heat + humidity — what’s the move?
Book a 7am start from June through September. The crew brings water; keep your own cooler stocked. Heat- and humidity-sensitive items (electronics, wood furniture, art, anything cardboard) load last so they’re in the truck for the shortest possible duration before AC at destination.
PCS / military move — anything different?
