Do the crews bring their own equipment in Saint Louis?

The crew lead who took your booking is the right first point of contact for any damage claim. Smaller damage is often resolved between you and the crew directly; larger losses get escalated through dispatch.
Can the crew drive my rental truck?
No. U-Haul, Penske, and Budget rental contracts name a specific driver — that's who has to be behind the wheel. The crew loads and unloads; you do the drive.
How far in advance should I get a quote in Saint Louis?
