Yes — every crew brings furniture pads, hand trucks, shoulder straps, and basic shrink wrap. You provide the rental truck, the boxes, and any specialty dollies (piano dolly, appliance dolly).

Tips are appreciated but never expected. Crews are paid their full hourly rate by Loading Crews. If you do tip, $20–40 per mover after a clean job is the local norm in most metros.

The crew lead calls or texts you with any timing changes. If a crew is more than 90 minutes past their window without communicating, we'll send a different crew or refund the booking.

Twenty-four hours is comfortable on weekdays. Saturdays in May, August, and end-of-month windows fill three to five days out. Same-day is sometimes possible if a job cancels.
